During the course of this project Åsa Christensson has worked with a theme which she feels cannot be exhausted: reviving old and unwanted jewellery and transforming it into something which reflects the past as well as the present.
”The point I want to make is that the value of a piece of jewellery is often defined by the meaning we ascribe to it and the memories it represents, rather than its material or style.

Åsa Christensson har under sin arbetsperiod haft ett tema hon känner är outtömligt: att rädda gamla oönskade smycken och göra om dem till något som speglar både det förflutna och samtiden.
